1. Who we are
The Disciplined Temple is a strength-training and fitness discipline app for Christian men, operated by The Four Stewardships LLC (Augusta, Georgia). “We,” “us,” and “our” mean The Four Stewardships LLC; “you” means the person using the app.
2. What we collect
Information you provide: your email at signup, and the data you enter — workouts, body weight and measurements, nutrition and fasting logs, and progress. Payment information is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Collected automatically: basic technical data (device, browser, IP, feature usage) to operate and secure the app.
3. Health & fitness data and your consent
Some of what you choose to enter — body weight, measurements, training, and nutrition — relates to your physical health and may qualify as “consumer health data” under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. We treat it as sensitive.
Your consent. By creating an account and using these features, you consent to our collecting and processing this information for the sole purpose of providing the app to you — saving your entries, syncing them across devices, and showing you your own progress. We never sell this data, and we never share it with advertisers or for marketing — period. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or emailing us, and we will delete your data.
4. How we use your information
Solely to operate the product — save your data, sync it across devices, process payments, and send service communications. Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe anytime.
5. Your data is yours
Your account data is owner-scoped at the database level so only your account can read it. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time.
6. We do not sell or share for advertising
We do not sell your personal information, ever. We do not share it for third-party marketing, and we do not use advertising trackers (Meta, TikTok, Google pixels, etc.) that would associate you with this app.
7. Third parties
Supabase — secure storage. Stripe — payments. We share only what is necessary for them to provide their service.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share, but you may still ask). Residents of US states with privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Washington, and others — and individuals in the EU, UK, and Canada have these rights. 9. International users (EU, UK, Canada)
If you use the app from outside the US, your data is processed and stored in the US. Our legal bases are your consent and performance of our agreement with you. Health data is processed only with your explicit consent, given when you choose to use these features, and you may withdraw it anytime. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. On deletion or request, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except limited records we must keep to meet a legal obligation.
11. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including row-level security scoping your data to your account. No method is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.
12. Age
The Disciplined Temple is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
